🌍 Our Story
Our journey began in 2016 at UWI Mona, where founders Kadeem Petgrave and Simier Lansend launched an educational tour company that blended exploration, technology, and gamification. In 2018 we earned Jamaica’s National Innovation Award for our AdvenTours mobile app, fueling team‑building and gamified tours for more than 8,000 people.
By 2022 we evolved into Natty Platforms, focused on gamification software that helps organizations drive sales, marketing, behaviour change, collaboration, and learning while unlocking actionable business insights. Our mission is simple: inspire and empower one person and one gamified experience at a time.
